2026 FEES & PAYMENTS

Enrolment Fee

An annual enrolment and insurance fee of $40 per student is due upon registration at Studio-Pro: https://dancestudio-pro.com/online/stepsperformingarts

Monthly Tuition Fees

  • Fees are averaged across the year, including school holidays and public holidays.

  • A sliding fee scale applies, with the hourly rate reducing as weekly hours increase.

  • Fees are reviewed annually and adjusted in line with CPI and operating costs.

  • If classes are added or changed during the year, monthly payments will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Fees are non-refundable, with the exception of serious injury/illness/bereavement at the discretion of the director.

Tuition Fees Cover:

  • Regular weekly classes.

  • Performance rehearsals.

  • Administration.

  • Music and program licensing.

  • Resources, equipment and GST.

Payments

  • Fees are debited in 11 equal payments from February to December, on the 2nd of each month.

  • Debits from a bank account do not incur additional fees.

  • Credit cards will incur a ‘convenience fee’ charged by Stripe.

Cancelling your enrolment

  • Enrolments continue for the calendar year, unless cancelled in writing to Kelly:

  • If written notice is received after the 15th of the month, the following month’s fees will be due and

    charged.

  • Students may continue attending classes until the end of the paid month.

  • This notice period helps us plan classes, staffing and timetables, and ensures our teachers are

    paid fairly.

🎪 Cirque and Acrobatics - Monthly Fees

Cirque and Acrobatics classes are delivered in smaller groups requiring specialist equipment and higher supervision, therefore are priced separately from our standard dance program. Fees for Cirque & Acrobatics are in addition to dance fees and not included in the dance sliding scale.

Cirque and Acrobatics Class Fees (Charged Separately to Dance Fees)

45 mins — $98 per month

60 mins — $106 per month

75 mins — $130 per month

90 mins — $150 per month

Families enrolling in both programs will have:

  • One monthly dance fee (based on weekly dance hours), plus

  • One monthly Cirque/Acrobatics fee (based on class length)
